Hour 01 · Tuesday, 9:41 pm
Someone nearby just searched for exactly what you do.
They're on the couch, phone in hand, problem in mind. Google hands them three names — and yours isn't one, because your work lives on a Facebook page or nowhere at all. The job goes to whoever showed up. Not the best crew in the valley — the findable one.
Word of mouth still matters. But every referral gets checked in a search bar first, and a referral who can't find you calls the name they can.
This spot is empty. It should be yours.
Hour 02 · What $249 buys
One page. Everything a customer needs to say yes.
You answer 8 questions by email or text — ten minutes, phone photos welcome. We build the whole thing. Here's what's already decided:
Tap-to-call, front and center
Most visitors are one thumb away from being your customer. The call button sits where the thumb already is.
BUILT FOR PHONESYour photos, not stock
Customers hire proof. Phone-camera shots of your real work beat any stock image ever taken.
PROOF SELLSLoads before doubt does
Hand-built, no page-builder bloat. Your page appears in under a second on a weak bar of LTE.
NO BLOATReady for Google to read
Clean structure, local-business metadata, a sitemap, and Search Console setup — a strong page for Google to index. (No one can promise rankings; anyone who does is selling something else.)
SEARCH-READY$0 a month to keep
Hosted on modern static hosting with no monthly fee. The only recurring cost that can exist is your domain's yearly renewal — paid to the registrar, not to us.
NO SUBSCRIPTIONSHour 24 · Mid-build
Pick a trade. Watch it turn into a website.
Every build shares this bone structure — then wears your name, your colors, your photos, your reviews.
Clearly labeled as a sample — your real draft is built from your answers, free, before any money moves.
Hour 30 · Who's on the night shift
Who builds your site?
Jack Thorn
Founder · Utah County, UT
I'm a student here in Utah County, and I started DialedIn Sites after noticing something backwards: half the best crews in this valley — the ones with the five-star reviews and the booked-out weeks — are invisible the moment someone Googles them. Fixing that takes me two nights and modern tools. It takes an agency six weeks and $1,200.
You'll get honest work, run properly: a written quote up front, a professional invoice on delivery, and documented payments on every job. And because the draft comes first, you never pay for anything you haven't seen live.

Hours 00–48 · The whole job, on one clock
Your part takes ten minutes.
You answer 8 questions
Services, service area, hours, a few phone photos, your best reviews. Ten minutes, tops.
We build. You sleep.
Design, copy, photos, the call button — all of it. No meetings, no "quick calls."
You approve. It goes live. Then you pay.
Two revision rounds included. $249 changes hands only when it's live and you're glad it is.

Hour 44 · The fine print, out loud
Asked, answered, in writing.
What exactly does $249 include?
Design and build of a one-page site: your services, photos, reviews, hours, service area, a map, and a tap-to-call button. Copywriting included. Two revision rounds, connecting your domain, search-engine-friendly structure, local-business structured data, a sitemap, Search Console setup, and guidance for your Google Business Profile.
Is a custom domain included?
The $249 covers connecting one. The domain itself is bought from a registrar at cost — typically $12–$20/year, registered in your name, renewed yearly with the registrar. We add zero markup and you can start on a free web address if you'd rather not buy one yet.
Who owns the site and domain?
You do. The domain is registered in your name, and the site files are yours on delivery. Any developer can take over from us at any time.
What does "free hosting" actually mean?
Your site is a small, fast static page hosted on platforms whose standing free tiers are built for exactly this. No monthly fee from us or from them for a site this size. If a platform ever changed its terms, the site is portable — we'd help you move it, and your only possible cost remains the domain renewal.
What do future edits cost?
Small changes (new photos, prices, hours) are $20 flat per request, or $15/month for an on-call plan with 48-hour turnaround. No contract either way — and since you own the files, you're never locked in.
What counts as one revision round?
One consolidated list of changes — as many items as you like, sent together. Two rounds are included, which covers nearly every build we've scoped.
What if I don't like the draft?
You say "no thanks," pay nothing, and we delete the draft. That's the whole procedure. The free draft is the pitch — we only get paid when it's good enough to go live.
What happens if DialedIn Sites stops operating?
Nothing happens to your site. It doesn't run on us — it's yours, hosted independently, with a plain-language handoff note delivered with every build so any developer can maintain it.
Will my site rank on Google?
Honest answer: no one can promise rankings, including us. What we deliver is a strong, fast page for Google to index — clean structure, local metadata, a sitemap, Search Console setup — plus guidance on your Google Business Profile, which does most of the heavy lifting for local searches.
Hour 48 · Thursday, first light
By Thursday morning, the 9:41 search finds you.
Sixty seconds of answers. A free draft in two days. The worst case is you saw your business with a real website — and said no thanks.
